Paypal Can easily be allowed in Pakistan if?

Why paypal is not working in Pakistan, Being online earner I and many people from Pakistan who want to earn online are facing problems because of unavailability of paypal in Pakistan. Our foreign ministry has to take a serious action and contact main office of paypal to consider opening paypal in Pakistan as well. I bet if this happens in Pakistan, people like us will really bring huge amount of foreign exchange to Pakistan.

Its not one time work our country can be benefited by it every month.

I am requesting Mr. President (Zardari) and Our prime minister to please do something to help many online earners in Pakistan and try to request or negotiate paypal authorities to reconsider Pakistan among paypal allow list. Our neighboring country India is enjoying paypal why not us, what is the difference between us and Indian people, why paypal is allowed their. Its humble request to our high authority people to have a consideration on my request on the behalf of all Pakistani online earners to please open paypal payment mode in Pakistan
